General Questions

Beaver Creek Reserve takes photos and videos of camp participants for program promotion and brochures. The completion of this registration signifies your consent that your child may be photographed and/or videotaped for BCR marketing purposes on our website, social media and promotional materials.

I hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Eau Claire County and/or the Friends of Beaver Creek Reserve and its representatives for any and all injuries suffered by my child, in connection with any participation in the registered programs/camps.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations require a 48-hour notice prior to the camp date to receive a full refund, less a 10 percent administrate fee per program.
