Holiday Glow Hike

Explore Beaver Creek Reserve after dark by candlelight! Hike the trails as lighted candles illuminate the way. A warm campfire & hot chocolate awaits as you finish the trail. This is perfect for your next date night, bring a group of friends, or stop by for a solo night hike out in the woods. Hike the 1-mile candlelit loop as many times as you wish.

If there's enough snow on the ground (6+ inches), please bring your own snowshoes! Otherwise, snowshoes will be available to rent for $3 a pair - just pay at the door. Our plan is to hike without snowshoes if there will be not enough snow. This decision will be made by Beaver Creek staff the day of the event. Depending on the weather, we also recommend wearing crampons/cleats for extra traction.

Pre-registration closes Thursday, December 12. Walk-ins are available.

Late Session: 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Candles and moonlight will illuminate the way as you explore the trails on snowshoes. A warm campfire awaits you as you finish the trail. Snowshoes will be available to rent for one of the two shifts, either 6 until 7:30 p.m. or 7:30 until 9 p.m. If you have your own snowshoes, you may register for either session. Please be sure to indicate how many people are in your party, and the number of snowshoe rentals. Please note that rental equipment is limited and may sell out. Prices for snowshoes and program are per person. If the weather does not provide enough snow to allow for safe snowshoeing, then you will be able to hike the trails. This decision will be made by Beaver Creek staff the day of the event.

Valentine's Candlelight Snowshoe Hike (21+)

Late Session: 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Explore Beaver Creek Reserve’s trails on snowshoes with a loved one, friend(s), etc. as candles and moonlight illuminate the way. A warm campfire, hot chocolate, and champagne awaits you as you finish the trail. Snowshoes will be available to rent for one either the early or late shift, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have your own equipment. Please be sure to indicate how many persons are in your party, and the number of snowshoe rentals that are needed.

*Walk-in’s will NOT be accepted, this is a reservation-only event.
