So what's happening at the Reserve?

All year long there are plenty of opportunities to connect with nature at Beaver Creek Reserve. Throughout the year the staff and volunteers are busy pulling together hands-on programs, classes, special events and presentation's about the many facets of our natural environment and how to take care of our fragile planet Earth. Please visit this site often to see what is happening at the Reserve.

Registration Procedures

As you register for upcoming programs, classes and camps please follow the procedures below:

  • Every event (free or fee based) requires pre-registration
  • Full payment is due at registration
  • We accept VISA & MasterCard
  • Programs, dates and fees are all subject to change
  • Program and class cancellations require a 48-hour notice prior to the class date to receive a full refund, less a 10 percent administrate fee per program.
  • Summer camp cancellations require seven-day notice prior camp date for a full refund minus a $15 processing fee
  • Summer camp cancellations after the seven-day notice before camp are subject to a 50% refund
