Are you interested in making your own flies to supplement your tackle? Join fly-tying hobbyist John Strand as he shares the basics of tying panfish flies. The program consists of an overview of the tools and tying materials contained in a fly-tying kit. After a short break, he’ll cover the tying of a black gnat, the rubber legged spider and finally the tying of the foam spider. Fee includes the cost of a basic fly-tying kit needed to create your own panfish flies.

Location: Wise Nature Center
