Hobbs Observatory

Imagine the moon, planets and galaxies appearing 200 times larger and 10,000 times brighter than when seen by the naked eye! This special opportunity is available to everyone at the Hobbs Observatory.

It features a digital camera that allows images from the telescopes to be stored on computer disks or transmitted to a video projector in the classroom.
